How do I book a mix of Online and In-Person Coaching?Each of these items is booked separately. Some clients like to book a 12-week Online Coaching programme and then also book one or two sessions for 1-to-1 In-Person Coaching. To book the Online Coaching, select the programme of your choice and pay online. Then to arrange In-Person Coaching, simply contact me and we can organise a time for your sessions for which I will invoice you.

I'm new to fitness/weightlifting, will I be able to keep up with the workouts?Absolutely! I cater to clients of all fitness levels, even beginners. I start by testing your current strength and conditioning levels so that I can make a bespoke programme for you, taking into consideration your current baseline. You'll be able to progress at your own pace and achieve your fitness goals.

Perimenopause - why resistance training?As we lose estrogen, our muscle tone dramatically drops off. Lack of muscle means a lower metabolism. Resistance training with bodyweight, free and fixed weights builds your muscle, increasing your metabolism. This coupled with the correct nutrition, helps you lose inches from your body whilst making your stronger and toned.

Can I do a mix of on the Online Coaching app and regular 1-to-1 In-Person sessions in your private gym?Yes, if there is an available slot in the gym. Quite a few of my clients do a hybrid workout system.

How does pricing work for the Online Coaching?Each 12-week programme has its own cost based on what is included with the programme. Please visit the the Online Coaching page for further details.

Can I work out from home using the coaching app?Yes. For Online Coaching programmes such as the Beginner Strength and Resistance, you will need some basic fitness equipment such a resistance bands and hand weights. For programmes such as the Athlete Performance Training, it can be helpful to also have access to a gym.

How do I book Online Coaching?Visit the Online Coaching page, select your chosen programme and pay online. I'll receive an email alert that you have paid for your program. I will then contact you with all the details you need to get started, including your login details for my coaching app.

What equipment do you recommend having for home workouts?The more equipment you have the better as this will give you more variety in your workout. I would recommend you invest in: A set of 3kg - 10kg dumbbells TRX Resistance Bands Slam Ball

I’m new workout via a coaching app. How do I understand what the exercises are?Each exercise has a video attached to show you the technique.

If I workout via the Online Coaching app, can I book just the occasional 1-to-1 session?Yes, quite a few clients do this. This is a great way for us to check in, make sure you are doing exercises correctly and see if we need to make any adjustments to your programme. I can also teach you new exercises and techniques, and then add these to your Online Coaching programme.

How much space would I need if I’m working out at home?Enough space to squat and plank.

What should I bring?Wear trainers, leggings and a t-shirt, something you can move freely in.

How do I book In-Person Coaching?To avoid spam, I do not publish my email and phone number on my website. Please visit the Contact page and submit the form there. I will then contact you directly.

I am nervous about starting. Do you have any advice?My gym offers a private environment where you can focus on your fitness goals without worrying about others watching you. I have all the necessary equipment to help you progress towards your goals in a safe and efficient manner. Unlike most gyms, I do not have any mirrors in my facility so that we can focus on feeling fitter and stronger.

How does pricing work for the In-Persons Coaching?Pricing varies depending on if you buy an 8 or 12 session pass. I provide a discounted rate to clients who buy more sessions. Clients who have completed at least 8 sessions with me are eligible to move to a monthly plan which enables you to have a regular monthly payment rather than buy blocks of sessions.
