I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels unlock their full potential. Whether you are training for a sporting event, you would like to move better in daily life, or you would like to create new habits to support perimenopausal transition, I would love to help.
My Story

​Having been in sport and the fitness industry since university days of becoming a PE teacher, I moved into strength and conditioning when my daughter was training with Scottish Gymnastics for the Commonwealth Games.
I have since worked with many clubs and individuals to support their sport.
When I hit Perimenopause myself, all that I had previously done to keep weight off, no longer worked and I had to re-design my eating and training habits. Since coming out the other side, I know what works for women during this time and what doesn’t. I know how confusing and frustrating this time can be for women, especially when what you have done before to lose weight, no longer works. I wanted to give women the nutrition and exercise knowledge to find the same success I have done, so they can sustain this lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
It was here that I started working 1-to-1 in person and on the app, to support women to lose perimenopause weight gain, gain strength, tone and to find the confidence in themselves again. This course has been so successful that I am now offering the Perimenopause Lean Body and Nutrition course online so that it can be accessed all over the world.
